FAQ

Why should I pay?

The GMs work long hours to support your hobby, this is their job and if you are playing and enjoying, then the service should be paid for.

How does this work?

Simple, Apply with your MBTI typing result and schedule, and we will put you into a game! Some may take longer than others, but we will make sure that EVERYONE is sought to and taken care of.

How long do sessions last?

A typical session is around 4 hours, some may go longer or shorter depending on the game or GM.

How experienced (age and gamewise) do I have to be?

Any ages and gamers are welcome to play! (under 18: needs guardians permission)

Absolutely! bearing in mind that the GM is all for it as well!

Can I use this site for company retreats?

Of course! TTRPGs are a wonderful team building and relaxing excercise.

What’s the difference between a GM and a DM?

They essentially are the same thing, yet DM stands for “Dungeon Master” and is only used for D&D, Pathfinder, and other dungeon-esque games, while GM stands for “Games Master” that can branch out to almost all roleplaying games. with this knowledge you can almost all agree that “The DM’s Den” doesn’t sound as cool.

What is GMs Den?

The GM’s Den is a community of Premium D&D players coming together to regularize and popularize GMing as a career. We use the MBTI test to connect via compatibility.

How much does it cost?

Depends on what you want, please check our player page here.

Is my payment safe?

Your payment via paypal is secured, we will send you a receipt via email, we will have one secured on file for you as well in case you lose it.

What if I don’t have a group to play with?

If we cannot find you a GM and you were charged, we will give a full refund and help pair you with another group that is looking for ya!

We require a 12 hour notice (waived if an emergency arises) If there is no notice this will be reviewed and you will receive a strike. 3 and you will be unable to play for 3 months. if you paid for the month, no refunds are given for tardiness, especially tardiness that is unannounced. The other players suffer too.

What kind of computer/software do I need?

Relatively modern computer running Windows 10, macOS Catalina (or newer), or Linux operating systems, with support for 64-bit architecture.
