Crafting with the poisoner’s kit

The poisoner’s kit contains a variety of instruments used to create poisons. Proficiency with the poisoner’s kit, knowing the relevant recipe and purchasing ingredients from the recipe (worth half of the item’s market price) is required to create poisons.

types

Ingested

A creature must swallow an entire dose of ingested poison to suffer its effects.

Inhaled

A gas filling a 5-foot square cube that takes effect when it is inhaled.

Injury

A creature that takes slashing or piercing damage from a weapon or piece of ammunition coated with this poison is exposed to its effects.
